Supported Browsers

The following browsers are currently supported by the system:

Firefox, Safari and Microsoft

We support the current and the previous release of Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers (Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11). Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.

If you are using Internet Explorer, please make sure Compatibility Mode is not enabled.

Google Chrome

We support the latest version of Google Chrome. Normally, Chrome updates automatically when a new version becomes available. If you don't have the latest version, you can update Chrome yourself. For details, see Update Google Chrome.

Important: For all browsers you must enable JavaScript, cookies, and SSL/TLS.

Troubleshooting browser problems

If the page does not display correctly, it may be caused by your browser not refreshing and using old versions of the page state. To force your browser to clear its cache and refresh the page see Wikipedia's guide to refreshing web browser pages.
